The Campus:
The Philly Showcase is being held at the beautiful new campus of Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, Pa. The athletic facilities are some of the best around. Players will enjoy playing on both natural grass and artificial turf fields. For a more detailed look at the facilities click here. Players and their families will enjoy plenty of parking as well as food and drinks will be for sale during the event!
General Information, Eligibility, and Fees:
- The cost of this event will be $130 per player which includes a reversible and limited excess accident and insurance policy as well as a professionally filmed DVD sent to all coaches in attendance.
- Each player will be 3 guaranteed games in front of college coaches in the morning and the opportunity to be selected for one of the "Fab Forty" All- Star Games which will be played in the afternoon
- Payment in full is due upon registering which can be completed below.
- All medical forms are due upon registering for the event- Routine health care and treatment of minor medical injuries will be handled on-site by FULL-TIME CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINERS. The trainers will refer any emergencies or serious illnesses to the appropriate hospital or physician
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
- All fees will be refunded if notification in writing or e-mail is postmarked on or before November 1, 2009.
- NO REFUNDS will be granted after November 1, 2009. An exception may be made for medical reasons only (a physician’s note is required).
- All cancellation/refund requests must be in writing or e-mail. No phone requests will be honored.
- All refunds will be processed after Jan 1, 2010
Equipment Needed
Sticks, helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard. Goalies need throat and chest protector, cup.
